Required for the Basic and Premium Packages. This includes travel to your event, one hour to build the cart, warm up the machine, and dial-in the espresso, as well as one hour to teardown. When planning your event, please keep in mind that this is an additional 2 hours to the serve time for your event. So plan for the cart to arrive one hour prior to start time and stay and hour after end time.

$8.50 per person (minimum of 50 guests)
This is a 2-hour service and includes unlimited drinks for your attendees, commercial equipment, locally and freshly roasted espresso beans, a barista or two to handcraft each drink, milk alternatives to cater to different preferences, and all supplies for a successful event. You will receive a standard menu featuring 3 flavors (vanilla, caramel, chocolate), classic espresso drinks, chai latte, hot chocolate, and tea.
This package is an excellent choice for events that require speed and efficiency to serve large groups, while still maintaining quality and friendly service.

$10 per person (minimum of 50 guests)
This is a 2-hour service and includes everything listed in the basic package, minus the standard menu. Your menu will come with 2 specialty drinks of your choice, classic espresso drinks, chai latte, hot chocolate, and tea. PLUS, we will work together to personalize the menu to fit your event, which includes colors, logos, letting you give your specialty drinks a fun name, theme matching, etc.
This package is excellent for those who enjoy being creative and offering unique experiences or perfect for company branding.

Setup Fee $75 (can be waived if client does their own setup)
Cold Brew $7.25 per person
Includes locally and freshly roasted specialty coffee carefully steeped for 24 hours, syrups (vanilla, caramel, chocolate), half and half, oat milk, cups, lids, and ice.
Hot Coffee $5.50 per person
Includes locally and freshly roasted specialty coffee, sugar packets, sugar substitutes, half and half, oat milk, cups, lids, and stirrers. Brewed coffee comes in a stainless steel urn with a warmer at the bottom.
